Hello! I tried out (unsuccessfully) for a club team, which is much like a travel team, last spring/summer. We basically had a giant scrimmage. We were divided up into several teams and scrimmaged. Make sure to be active on the field in any position. Show that you are capable of playing any position. Make the coach want you to be on the team. Make the coach see you will be an asset to the team. Don’t be afraid to call for a ball, take headers/throw ins if needed, and just have FUN playing. I wish you luck! (: Let me know how your try outs go?
…Lucky. I am so jealous. (: Keep working hard & keep on kicking that ball around. Who knows, you could make it to the Olympics. & Thanks(: I appreciate your love for my blog lol.
I’m not offended, most of these aren’t my “problems”. They’re just submissions I made into a picture. & Yes, you’re right, I am lucky to have a life outside of soccer. I play on a Varsity team one 3 month season out of the entire year and our record is usually about 2-8-0 or worse. I wish I could have that kind of opportunity to be on an Olympic development program team, but I don’t have the skills, time, or energy. I have other things like college and grades to deal with. I must congratulate you on being on an Olympic development program though, I am quite jealous. I am by no means a professional or international player. I’m not the best by a long shot, nevertheless.. I am in love with soccer.
I dont know if this is real, but please reblog in case it is
